Teaching contents: B. Let’s learn

Teaching aims:

 1. Learn to say: doctor, nurse, driver, farmer and

baseball player.

2.Learn to say: What’s your father? My father is a doctor.

3.Foster the students’ ability in co-operative study in communication.

4.Foster the students’ interest and confidence in English study.

Teaching points: aims 1&2.

Teaching aids: A family tree, 像册, 卡片, ,锄头, 方向盘,球棒,,听诊器,录音机.磁铁

Teaching processes:

I. Warm-up.

1.Greetings: Class begins. Hello, boys and girls. How are you? Nice to meet you! Sit down, Please!  Today, let’s learn “Unit 6 Meet My Family!” Now, let’s have a competition, OK? This is Group1,……..

2.Review.

(1)出示family tree. T: Look! Whats this?  Ss: Its a tree.  T: Yes. Its a family tree. Hi, friends, come and meet my family. My names Mike. Im a student. Im tall and strong. I like sports.

(2)贴卡片.T: Look, whos this man?   Whos this woman?

Ss: father, mother.

T:  I love my father and mother

T: Do you love your father and mother? Let’s sing: father and mother.

(3)T: They are my parents. Look, who’s he? Who’s she?  Ss: uncle, aunt, brother , grandpa, grandma.

(4)T: Look, what’s this?    Ss: cat.

T: Yes, its my pet.(宠物), I like it. I love animals . Do you love animals?  Act like a cat, Act like a duck..Lets do: a cat, Act like a duck.

II. Presentation.

1.(1)出示Mr. Black. T: Whos this man?   Ss: Hes ..

T: Yes, hes a teacher.教读,t-e-a-c-h-e-r, teacher. Hes tall and thin. He has short hair.  Whose father is a teacher? Act like a teacher.

2.出示词卡doctor.   T: This is my father. Guess! Whats my father?(动作演示). Oh! Hes a doctor. 教读.[o],分大组读. 动作演示T: Am I a doctor? Yes. Can you, who can try? Act like a doctor.  Is he a doctor? Is your father a doctor?

3.出示driver. T: Look! This is my uncle. Is he a doctor? Ss: No.  笛笛.(动作演示)  Hes a driver. [ai]横排操练. Act like a driver. Who can try? Is he a diver? Whose father is a diver?

4.出示nurse. T: Look, This is my mother. Is she a diver? Is she a doctor? 动作演示,给学生打针.  Shes a nurse.教读. 竖排操练. (动作演示). Am I a nurse? Who can act like a nurse?

5.出示farmer. T: Look, this is my grandfather. Is he a nurse?

(动作演示)No, hes a farmer.教读.[a:] 分男女生操练. Act like a farmer.

6.滚动复习刚学的. 动作演示.

7.出示baseball player. T: Look, This my brother, (动作演示)hes a baseball player.教读, [ei][bei][beis]---[bo:l] baseball player , Act like a baseball player.升降调操练.

III. Practice.

1快速认读单词.(快速出示,快速读.)

2.Open your book, turn to page73. Listen and number.(请一人上台标号)

3.对了跟读,错了起立.

4.Lets do.(1)听做(.2)跟做.(3)师说生做.

5.小组交流.

(1)T: Look at this tree. My father is a doctor, he’s tall and strong, he like sports. This is my mother, she’s a nurse. Now, introduce your family to your friends.

(2)In groups.

(3)生展示.

 S1: My father is a ……

IV.小结.

V..扩展:

T: Look, Hes a artist. Shes a dancer. Hes a singer. Hes a worker, Hes a policeman. When you grow up, youre going to be a driver/doctor.将来,你长大了, 你的理想是什么呢?一名光荣的teacher, 还是一名救死扶伤的doctor. Please say: Im going to be a……

教学设计:

在本课的教学中,我主要按照新课标中的理念, 以人为本,面向全体,采用任务型教学方式,让学生通过感知,体验,实践,参与, 作交流来实现任务目标。我在整个活动中只起一个活动者,组织者,指导者,参与者的作用,留足够的时间和空间给学生完成活动,营造浓厚的英语氛围,激发学生 的兴趣,引导学生乐于用英语开口说话。使学生“为用而学,边用边学,学完就用,充分发挥师生的互动作用,在”玩中学,玩中练,玩中见成效“。

 

课后反思:

在这堂课中,我紧紧抓住课标精神,以激发学生学习英语的兴趣为根本目标,以各种形式的活动操练为手段来实施教学的。感觉比较成功的地方有:

1.把快乐带进英语课堂,营造愉快的语言氛围。课堂上,学生始终处于一种积极轻松的状态中,师生之间非常融洽,学生在各种活动中深深体会到学习英语所带来的乐趣。

2.活动运用到位。除了前面的Lets sing, Lets do之外,教学时,采用生动形象的夸张动作,很快使学生掌握了新知。小组活动时,鼓励学生大胆开口,谈理想,让学生在活动中学,在学习中交际,在交际中创造。既巩固了新知,又进行了拓展。

3.评价有特色。把学生分成四组,采用竞赛,调动学生学习英语的积极性,鼓励学生相互合作,有序竞争,把几激励和竞争带进课堂,形成了较开放的教学模式。

4.过渡自然。英语课堂中,教师试图采用全英语教学,以期完美,结果会令学生不知所云。我在教学中,利用简洁的语言或动作,自然过渡,使整个教学显得十分流畅。

通过这节课,我深深体会到教师需要改变教学观念,需要提高个人才艺;教学需要艺术,需要创新,需要有学科综合意识。只有这样,才能适应课程改革的浪潮。
